Our approach to endurance training focuses on the cardiovascular system in order to increase overall endurance. This form of training will lead to more enjoyable and efficient workouts, and support cardiovascular health. This steady training can include running, swimming, or cycling paired with weightlifting or resistance training–a great way to stay lean and in shape.

Ab-solution Walking Workout
Learn ways to stroll through the water and strengthen your abdominals. Experience simplistic patterns and isolation techniques that create a powerful water walking program emphasizing core muscle use. Suitable for all ability levels. (starts at 4:10pm)
Aqua Motion
Splash into fitness with a wet & wonderful workout! Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun & effective workout.
BODYPUMP
A total body workout using a barbell with light to moderate weights and high repetition. Class may be lead by an in-person or virtual instructor, details listed on the downloadable GX schedule.

This combination workout will incorporate cardio training on the cycling bike and strength training utilizing a variety of exercise equipment.

If you’re looking for a high-intensity cardiovascular workout, our bikes are waiting for you! Arrive 5 minutes early so we can adjust the bike to fit you. (50 min)
Cycling - 45 min
This innovative program involves cycling techniques modeled after outdoor cycling. Your ride can be easy or intense - you decide. Motivating techniques & music will allow you to take your workout to the next level.
Cycling Express
cycling kicked up a notch! Get in a full workout in less the time. (40 and 35 minutes)
Dynamic Definition
Various Strength exercises in the form of basic bodybuilding that give you total body definition and build ultimate strength, no matter your fitness level.
Hip Hop Step
This high-octane class will surely get you steppin' and sweatin' to all your favorite hip hop tracks.
Hydro HIIT
A combination of bursts of intense exercises & varying periods. This class is a fun way to train your whole body.

A high-energy, challenging class for all levels that combines kickboxing, strength, and cardio.

A quick strength class in your morning workout. We utilize weights to strengthen the large muscle groups and finish with a thorough stretch.
Tabata Strength
Each cycle consists of Eight, Twenty second rounds with a 10 second rest in between each round. This class primarily focuses on total body strength training. Specific Tabata music is played as well to provide a fun and different structure to your workout.

Get moving and combine a variety of training techniques! Intervals of step, hi-lo, strength training, & kick boxing will keep you invigorated.
