Cardio & Strength Classes
Absolute Ball
Sculpt abdominals using the ball for resistance while improving balance and overall strength.
BODYPUMP Express
A total body workout using a barbell with light to moderate weights and high repetition. Class may be lead by an in-person or virtual instructor, details listed on the downloadable GX schedule.
Box & Burn
Train like a boxer in this high intensity cardio and strength workout. Gloves are needed for combat against boxing bags.
Cardio Drumming
A fun dynamic cardio workout that combines drumming rhythm and music. Using drum sticks to hit a exercise ball placed in a bucket.
Senior Express
Dynamic, low impact workout designed for the young at heart. Will improve aerobic fitness & burn body fat. All ages welcome.
Tabata Strength
Each cycle consists of Eight, Twenty second rounds with a 10 second rest in between each round. This class primarily focuses on total body strength training. Specific Tabata music is played as well to provide a fun and different structure to your workout.
