Strength Training Classes
BODYPUMP
A total body workout using a barbell with light to moderate weights and high repetition. Class may be lead by an in-person or virtual instructor, details listed on the downloadable GX schedule.
Bone Builders
Helps to build strong bones, increase core strength, improve posture & flexibility. Includes both standing and sitting exercises.
Combination Training
This fun class provides you with cardio and strength training with different equipment followed by some yoga stretching.
Gentle Senior Express
Are you new to fitness or coming back to fitness? By combining cardiovascular and resistance, this class will help prepare you for daily activities. Most exercises are done seated.
LesMills Virtual BODYATTACK
A high-energy workout combining cardio, strength, and agility exercises that will also build cardio stamina, improve coordination, and agility.
LesMills Virtual DANCE
A high-energy workout featuring 10 tracks with new choreography including a warm-up, cardio peaks and a cool-down. It combines innovative dance moves with the latest music.
Strength & Balance
This class is for individuals looking to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.
Strength Express
A quick strength class in your morning workout. We utilize weights to strengthen the large muscle groups and finish with a thorough stretch.
