Cardio Craze
Combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric integrating music, boxing, and dance for this energizing class. All ages and abilities can participate for an overall fitness challenge.
Line Dance
Enjoy a throw-down, boot stomping good time with choreographed line dances that combine body movement and footwork from country, hip-hop, and Latin dance moves. Easy to follow directions.
Line Dancing
This fun Line Dancing class can help you improve your fitness level by having fun! A variety of music is played, so there is something for everyone. Steps are shown at the beginning and during each dance.
