At Franciscan Health Fitness Centers, Pilates is focused on relaxing and strengthening muscles for toning your body, while Yoga uses the mind-body connection for improving the flexibility of your body and joints. Both provide a unique and positive approach to health and wellness.

Yoga/Pilates Classes
Chair Yoga
This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT present in this class. The chair is used due to the difficulty in getting up and down off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair. (55 minutes)
Core Conditioning
Strength, core, and balance using light weights or body weight as resistance on the floor with a mat, and standing positions.
Dynamic Yoga Flow
This fluid, energetic practice combines yoga postures with breath control. You'll move through sequences, testing your strength, flexibility, and balance. It's more vigorous than traditional yoga, perfect if you're looking for a heart-pumping workout.
Flex & Foam
Learn the science behind effective myofascial massage as you reduce inflammation and loosen tight tissue. (55 minutes)
Gentle Yoga
Chairs are available to all class participants in Gentle Yoga. Most everything we do in this class can be done from a chair, though we will use the floor for some simple stretching exercises. "Do what you can do, don't do what you can't do.”
Mat Pilates
Lengthen and strengthen. Join us for a mind-body connection with movements that will provide a full body workout.
Mindful Movement
Perfect way to stretch and relax after your workout or even after a long day. Providing a total body stretch to relax your body and mind.

Pilates training promotes strong lean muscles, better balance, improved posture and body alignment.
PowerFlow Yoga
Find greater flexibility with deeper restorative movements during the warm-up and cool down. At the peak of class, we build heat while strengthening your full body, improving focus, relieving stress, and getting rid of tension in the body. This dynamic of intensity and grace will allow you to feel your best.
Stretch
This rejuvenating class is designed to improve flexibility and range of motion, enhance muscle recovery, and promote overall relaxation.
Tai Chi
Experience these gentle load bearing exercises that are designed to improve balance & build bone density & strength.
Vinyasa Yoga
This intentional slow but challenging class links the breath with a flowing sequence of yoga poses bringing you to a place of centered strength & ease and ends in meditation, release & relaxation.
Wind Down Yin Yoga
A soothing mid-week treat just for you. It's a gentle and restorative yoga experience that's all about relaxation and shaking off that stress. You can expect deep, mindful breathing and slow, intentional movement. It's the perfect remedy to a busy weekday.
