Aquatic exercise takes advantage of water as a physically supportive environment conducive to helping members improve motion and flexibility while under reduced joint stress. Supervised by one of our trained professionals, aquatics can serve as a unique and advantageous alternative to other forms of physical exercise.

Aquatics Classes
Ab-solution Walking Workout
Learn ways to stroll through the water and strengthen your abdominals. Experience simplistic patterns and isolation techniques that create a powerful water walking program emphasizing core muscle use. Suitable for all ability levels. (starts at 4:10pm)
Aqua Basics
Revitalize and rejuvenate with an H2O experience that included muscle strengthening, increasing range of motion, Pilates, neuromuscular and balance exercises, Yoga, and Tai Chi.
Aqua Blast
Take your aquatics training to the next level with our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class that will produce high powered results.
Aqua Flow
Using only the resistance of the water, this class will improve mobility and increase your flexibility to help decrease pain.
Aqua Grooves
Join the dance party and get a great cardio workout with energizing dance moves. This class is a high energy cardiovascular workout that is easy on the joints.
Aqua Motion
Splash into fitness with a wet & wonderful workout! Simple choreography & resistance variations will give you a fun & effective workout.
Aqua Strength
Enjoy this low intensity, strength-based class that gives you a full body workout in the low impact environment of the Therapy Pool.
Aqua Zen
Stretching in the water is a wonderful way to relax tired, tight muscles, increase flexibility while reducing tension.
Deep H20
Challenge yourself to a full body workout in the deep end of the pool. Aqua belts are encouraged for use in deep water.
Early Splash
Start your morning off with this energizing cardio class. This class will get that heart pumpin’ and leave you ready to face the day’s challenges. All levels welcome.
H2O Challenge
This class uses a variety of aquatic equipment to target each muscle group in this total body strengthening experience.
Hydro HIIT
A combination of bursts of intense exercises & varying periods. This class is a fun way to train your whole body.
Suspended Strength
Build your core while moving on noodles and using weights to strengthen upper and lower body simultaneously.
