I started playing basketball when I was 5 years old, and I enjoyed physical activity through childhood and into adulthood. I was a three-sport athlete in college, and I have witnessed good athletes turn into excellent athletes simply through precise exercise programming and discipline. I realize that not everyone has the same passion for exercise, but I am confident that everyone can make small changes that will lead to improved fitness. I like to guide people down that path.

A Personal Trainer since 2018, Ashley started her own fitness journey after succumbing to the unhealthy habits of fast food and staying sedentary in front of the TV. She decided she needed to make some changes and began exercising and eating clean foods that gave her fuel. She fell in love with taking care of her body and knew she wanted to help others create healthy lifelong behavior changes too.
