Team Training is a style of personal training that has a lower price point then our Private and Semi-Private Personal training however it still gives clients a low client to trainer ratio for a fantastic goal specific work out. Team Training sessions consist of 2-8 members and the focus is on certain training physiologies like cardiovascular endurance, enhanced strength & power, and improved range of motion and mobility. Whether your goal is to improve body composition, move more efficiently, enhance overall lifestyle, Team Training would be a great addition to your regular workout routine! Team training is a motivating and friendly environment to accomplish any fitness goal you set out to obtain.
Who would you recommend team training for?
All of our personal training clients before they partake in Personal Training have to go through a Fitness Assessment where we perform a Functional Movement Screening and gather additional base line measurements. These results allow us to get a scope of what their base fitness levels are and also helps us and the client set personalized goals that they want to accomplish. Anyone is welcome to try Team Training, however our personal trainers will give their professional recommendation for what training is the best fit for that client and the most effective way to accomplish their fitness goals.
Is team training worth the investment?
Absolutely. All of our Team Training sessions help obtain almost all fitness goals that clients set out to obtain, but it is not just about accomplishing your fitness goals that makes team training worth the investment. Team Training provides a great environment to meet new friends, find motivating training partners, increases accountability and helps produce increased results! Team Training sessions also help clients learn about fitness from our personal trainers so that no matter what happens in life, they can continue their fitness journey safe and effectively even if it is not with Team Training.
How are the Team Training classes set up?
Each Team Training session is set up to train a certain emphasis of physical fitness. Our Afterburn class is geared toward improving cardiovascular fitness and promoting a high calorie burn. Industrial strength has a goal of improving overall strength and power through increased resistance and more functionally challenging movements. Foundations is a class that is meant to develop high quality foundational movements and establish a base conditioning level for beginners. Team Training sessions are capped at a capacity of 8 clients, with this ratio our certified personal trainers are able to give proper regressions and progressions that are needed for every exercise, individualized attention and a great overall, full body workout!
