It’s necessary to stay hydrated pre, post, and during exercise. It’s also suggested that you consume enough food to fuel your body during exercise programs to achieve maximum output and recovery. Our café is here to help serve those needs.

Sports Facilities

Franciscan Health Fitness Centers Chicago Heights offers multiple facilities that can be used for fitness activities ranging from running to pick up basketball.

Swimming Pools

Come try out our 25-meter, 5 lane lap pool for a low impact, high resistance workout. We keep the temperature around 82 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal comfort. We also offer a warm water therapy pool, which is an excellent tool to use for rehabilitation and recovery.

Locker Rooms & Saunas

Head into our locker rooms to find everything you need for both your pre and post workout routine. From shower amenities to therapeutic saunas and steam rooms, we want to make sure all of our members are comfortable and taken care of during every visit.

Advanced Fitness Equipment

Your exercise, health, and wellness deserve the very best equipment. We offer the very best fitness equipment to compliment your training, health, and wellness. From innovative new machinery to creative and engaging ways to implement classic exercise implements, Franciscan Health Fitness Centers Chicago Heights is dedicated to keeping our fitness equipment at the very best available in the fitness industry.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapy is available on both an inpatient and outpatient basis. After receiving a physician’s referral, each patient is evaluated and treatment plan and specific goals are established. We assist patients in developing skills that help with daily activities. Group activities create a social environment to practice motor and cognitive skills. Our occupational therapy treatments can help children with disabilities participate fully in school and social situations, assist people recovering from injury to regain skills and provide support for older adults.
