Not a problem! Attend our beginner training clinics for tips on technique!
Training Clinic Times
SWIMMING: February 5th @ 6:15pm with Carensa
CYCLING: February 6th @ 5:30pm with Maddie
RUN: February 7th @ 6:30pm with Jen
Indoor Triathlon Instructions
1. Choose the distance you will complete in the month of February:
- Olympic Distance 32 miles
- Half Ironman Distance 70.3 miles
- Ironman Distance 140.6 miles
2. Pick up your score card at the Service Desk
3. Log your workouts on the Indoor Tri Score Card
4. Hit your goal
5. Turn in your Score Card to the Service Desk
Please note: If you cannot swim or run you can still participate!
Group Exercise Classes Count towards each discipline:
Aqua Aerobics Class= 600 yards (Swim)
Cycling Class= 10 Miles (Bike)
Other Cardio Classes (Dance Fitness, Zumba= 4 Miles (Run))
