SOCIAL CHALLENGE
Sometimes we need a little push from others to see how far we can drive ourselves.
That’s what we are doing in this Challenge Our Trainers social challenge. In August, find a video each Monday of our trainers doing their favorite exercise. Every interaction (Like, Comment, and Share) will add more reps to our Personal Trainers favorite exercise. For example: One LIKE = One Squat. Watch for the videos on Facebook for more details!
