Box & Burn
Train like a boxer in this high intensity cardio and strength workout. Gloves are needed for combat against boxing bags.
Senior Express
Dynamic, low impact workout designed for the young at heart. Will improve aerobic fitness & burn body fat. All ages welcome.
TBC
Challenge all of your muscles to get strong and toned using your own body weight and a variety of equipment while adding some cardio to the mix. This class is full of surprises so be ready for anything. Smiles are required! Class Capacity: 29
TBC Plus
Total Body Conditioning but picking up the intensity a bit. A total body workout with a mix of cardio and strength in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format.
The G.O.A.T.
Get moving and combine a variety of training techniques! Intervals of step, hi-lo, strength training, & kick boxing will keep you invigorated.
Turn & Burn 90
Get the best of both worlds iwth this cycling and strength training class that will challenge your overall physical fitness. In this class, the possibilities are endless. You never know what's in store, but one thing is for sure, you will leave "turnt and burnt." (Cyclist feel free to ride only.)
