Hi everyone! My name is Osun but I go by Shoony. I fell in love with fitness during my senior year of high school. My passion grew as I began coaching youth soccer in 2014. Upon taking my first Zumba class in 2019, the fire went ablaze and ignited! During those years while working in the medical field, I understood the best way for me to make people feel better wasn't just to treat the problem but to start at the source. I am focused on giving people the opportunity to become and live in the healthiest form they can. My goal is to aid in prolonging the quality of life through mind, body, and soul.
