Compete in your own personal Olympics this July! Pick up an Olympic Bodyweight Challenge form from the Service Desk and test yourself in the beginning of July with the following bodyweight exercises: Squats, Push-ups, Pull-ups, Sit-ups, Burpees, Squat Jumps, Jumping Jacks, Timed Mile, Timed Swim, and Plank Holds. At the end of the month, test yourself again! List your beginning and end results on the form and turn it in by August 5th, 2021 to the Service Desk. Anyone that improves in 3 or more categories will be entered to win a raffle! Spend the month of July improving your strength and speed with our Fitness tips, found on the back of your Challenge form. Need motivation, guidance or more fitness tips?
