Swimming is a great activity for people of all ages that can continue for a lifetime. Swimming is also the perfect low-impact workout because your entire body works against the resistance of the water. Our lap pool has 4 lanes and is 25 meters long. Youāll find the temperature ranges from 80 to 83 degrees Fahrenheit. Our therapy pool is large enough to accommodate classes such as Aqua Flow, Aqua Flex, and Hydro Strength. To provide the therapeutic benefits, the water is warmer and ranges from 91-94 degrees Fahrenheit.

Our fully appointed locker rooms have everything you could need, such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairspray, deodorant, hair dryers, and lotion. They also include complimentary towel service and individual shower stalls.

This class is a gentle form of yoga. You will practice yoga sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Complicated maneuvers and complex movements are NOT present in this class. The chair is used due to the difficulty in getting up and down off the floor. You will learn many yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and ways of relaxation with the aid of a chair.
